Douglas L. Klarberg

Douglas L. Klarberg is a 2001 graduate from the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology in 2001.   He obtained his juris doctorate degree from the University of Florida in 2004.   He is admitted to practice in all Circuit and County Courts in Florida.

Mr. Klarberg served as General Counsel for In Record Time, Inc., a national health information management outsourcing company where he handled all of the company's transactional and litigation matters.   He has experience in advising all levels of management on employment related issues to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws.

Prior to joining Shendell & Pollock P.L., Mr. Klarberg worked for a statewide defense firm and represented employers and insurance carriers in the defense of workers' compensation claims.

He brings to the firm both business management and litigation experience, which he utilizes on a daily basis when representing clients in a broad range of professional and general liability matters.
