Kerry L. Kessler is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelors degree and obtained his juris doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago.
During the course of his career, Kerry has garnered substantial first-chair trial experience, representing clients in complex tort and commercial litigation, including administrative trials before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). He has also represented clients in appeals before the Illinois Appellate and Supreme courts, as well as the Seventh and D.C. Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Kerry is admitted to practice before the trial court of Florida, Illinois and the District of Columbia, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar certification) and the Southern District of Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal for the Seventh and DC Circuits and the United States Tax Court.
Kerry has also taught law as adjunct faculty at Loyola University of Chicago (Instructor in Trial Advocacy) and regularly serves as a justice for the Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center Moot Court Competition.
