Kerry Kessler was a panelist at the Mc Consultants Annual 2010 Annual East Regional Construction Defect and Construction Law Conference on June 2-4, 2010. The panel discussion was “Why it is Not Business as Usual When Dealing with Distressed Properties?” Mr. Kessler was joined on the panel by Hon. A. The YLD has partnered with Florida Children's First on a pro bono project representing 16 and 17 year olds transition out of foster care and we are asking you to volunteer. FCF will provide volunteers with training and mentoring. The total time for training and providing teens with a legal health check up will take less than 5 hours. Volunteers decide whether to provide any additional advice or representation after the initial meeting. Nicole Maglio Has Been Named
a Partner in the Firm
Nicole Maglio joined the firm in 2007 and has practiced in the areas of professional malpractice, general civil matters, insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation. She previously served as an intern to the Honorable Leonard B. Austin of the Supreme Court of the State New York, County of Nassau. Prior to joining Shendell & Pollock P.L., she worked for a small boutique firm in New York specializing in the areas of general liability defense and commercial litigation.
Ms. Maglio is a graduate of Furman University and Hofstra University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the State of New York.
