Mike Fraser received a B.A. in English and a minor in Business Law from Stetson University in 2005.  He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2009 where he graduated cum laude and earned several Highest Grade Awards as well as a scholarship from the Florida Bar.  While completing his J.D., Mike served as the Editor-in-Chief of Nova Law Review and as a Moot Court Competitor representing Nova at the Brooklyn Law School Evidence Competition.  

Prior to joining Shendell & Pollock, P.L., Mr. Fraser was an associate for a California litigation firm specializing in real estate litigation and construction law.  He is licensed to practice in Florida and California.
