Nicole Maglio

Nicole Maglio has practiced in the areas of professional malpractice, general civil matters, insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leonard B. Austin of the Supreme Court of the State New York, County of Nassau.  
She has also served as an assistant to the General Counsel of a large aerospace engineering company in Long Island, New York where she gained extensive experience in general corporate matters, including contracts, corporate tax matters and employment related matters.  

Prior to joining Shendell & Pollock P.L., she worked for a small boutique firm in New York specializing in the areas of general liability defense, commercial litigation and insurance coverage issues. Ms. Maglio handles a wide range of professional and general liability matters.  

Ms. Maglio is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the State of New York.
