Rachel Kelman

Rachel Kelman is a 2001 graduate of the University of Florida where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Criminology. She obtained her juris doctorate in 2005 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broard Law Center. She is admitted to the Florida and District of Columbia bars. She has extensive litigation and appellate experience. She was an Assistant State Attorney with State of Florida where she litigated over twenty jury trials. She has also worked on appeals at every level of state court, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.  

Prior to joining Shendell & Pollock she worked for a non-profit organization where she developed continuing legal education programs designed with an emphasis on litigation.
